The Weimar Guitar Quartet is an enchanting innovation in the world of chamber music. The ensemble consists of Daniló Kunze, Karmen Štendler, Hanna Link and David Antigüedad, each a distinguished musician coming from Germany, Slovenia and Spain. The WGQ was established in 2015 as a tribute to the city of Weimar, where these extraordinary artists first crossed paths. Their playing is notable for their great technical prowess, an extensive range of contrasts and tonal palettes, and an unwavering dedication to meticulous musical expression and drama. All four musicians were fortunate to enjoy an exceptional education with the best teachers from across the globe.
